All ADR Carbon Fibre Road and TT Handlebars are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for One year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover bent handlebars or damage due to use of bar ends or clip-on bars. Handlebars may have an effective useable life less than two years depending on amount of use, type of use and other conditions. Cyclists should inspect their handlebars on a regular basis in order to detect damage that may have occurred from normal use or abuse.
ADR Carbon Ltd will replace any bars that are deemed defective due to workmanship within the specified warranty period or refunded with 28 days of purchasing.
ADR Carbon Ltd will replace any Wheels that are deemed defective due to workmanship within the specified warranty period or refunded with 28 days of purchasing.
ADR Carbon Ltd will replace any frames that are deemed defective due to workmanship within the specified warranty period or refunded with 28 days of purchasing. Any frames cut prior to a full inspection are in breach of the warranty guarantee.
What counts as a defect in workmanship?
A defect in workmanship is any problem with a product that should have been noticed by our skilled quality control inspection prior to shipping. Problems that could fall into this category would be gaps in welds, crooked welding, missing threads, mis-aligned cable guides, over cnc'd steerer tubes etc. It is in fact any part of the manufacturing process that was completed incorrectly or missed. If something bends or breaks it is not necessarily such a defect, and all such defects need to be notified within One year of date of purchase. Ideally such problems should be found before you begin to use the new product and if you do find something wrong get in touch straight away.
We are happy to take back unwanted goods within 14 days of the date of purchase so long as they are returned to us in an unused, as new condition with the original packaging and invoice. Return postage must be paid by the customer unless the product is deemed faulty. Any initial delivery charges will not be refunded unless the product is deemed faulty.
We do everything possible to make sure you receive the goods as ordered but if we do make a mistake and you receive an incorrect item please notify us within 7 days of receipt and you can return the item to us for exchange or refund.
Faulty goods are covered by our standard manufacturer’s warranty against faulty materials or workmanship. General wear and tear, incorrect or inappropriate fitting etc. are not covered. If a product you have purchased from us develops a fault please contact us before return so that we can arrange the best course of action for you. Once agreed, faulty goods must be returned with proof of purchase. We will inspect the goods upon receipt and contact you with our findings. If accepted for warranty we will arrange a repair/replacement from our own stock, subject to availability. However, many items are required to be returned to our suppliers for inspection and if this is the case we will give you as much information on expected turnaround times as possible. We will keep in touch at every stage and try to work swiftly towards a satisfactory conclusion for you. If an item is rejected for warranty we will supply you with our reasons and any supporting evidence from our suppliers.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
Right to Cancel:
Customers have a 7 day right to cancel orders and receive refund (where applicable) upon receipt in writing/email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org unless the order has been taken for a specific personal build option or contains a 'customised' item. We are unable to return these costs. Eg custom colour decals, 'consummables' such as bar tape etc
The refund would then be returned with 7 working days minus the relevant amount as notified to you (the customer) upon acknowledgement of your cancellation notice.
